A Day of Yoga to step outside of habitual routine & nourish yourself
Come and consciously connect with yourself and breath love and life into your transition into Autumn.

Out in the charming and exquisite countryside location of Charlewood, only 10 minutes from Gatwick, easily commutable from London & half way between Brighton & Oxted, I look forward to my students from both counties and further afield coming together in a supportive community setting for a beautiful, anxiety-busting, deliciously nourishing & body-moving day of Yoga in a quiet & gorgeous Country Barn.

ROOT RELEASE & RESET

This will be a day of varied Yoga practices with an emphasis on the absorbative aspects of Yogic breath-work, substantial physical asana practice as well as restoration & meditation to see us through the transition from the outward energies of Summer and earthing us towards the more contained & grounded energies of Autumn which also invite dissolution and cleansing. Think roots and release!

Let go of worn out ways of being that drain and dim so that you can re-connect to source and replenish your whole self.

You will enjoy deep, flowing & Inclusive Hatha/Vinyasa Sessions whilst exploring Iyengar’s alignment principles for Asana. This act of Dhyana (concentration) via tuning deeply into the body, becomes the vehicle for your journey inwards towards samadhi (a state of meditative consciousness / absorbtion). We will also enjoy the soothing & nourishing practices of Pranayama, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. As usual, we will also enjoy mantra, mudra, poetry and visualisation, giving the day a real sense of sadhana (spiritual refuge / practice / intention)

A delicious Autumnal lunch buffet will also be provided.

11 – 12.30pm:  AUTUMNAL VINYASA FLOW YOGA SESSION All Levels Welcome
12.30pm – 1.30pm: DELICIOUS VEGGIE LUNCH Catch up with old friends and meet new people
1.30pm – 3pm: PRANAYAMA, PHILOSOPHY, RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOMATICS
(gentle, sensory, mindful, promoting healthy neural pathways)
3.00 – 3.30pm: CLOSING MEDITATION
