Venue: Hurst Green Community Centre, Oxted

Barre Fitness is an exercise to music class using Ballet Barre and Stott Pilates Techniques. We will use the Barre, Resistance Bands & Small Pilates Balls. This is a full body workout that’s fun, varied, graceful, musical, flowing, rhythmic, strengthening, lengthening, toning & sculpting!

As a Former Professional Dancer for Opera, I cannot WAIT to show you how fabulous, fun & effective this workout is!
