The Float Spa

The relationship between Shiva and Shakti represents the Dance of consciousness within all of us. The divine interplay of the masculine and feminine, sun and moon, night and day, light and dark, strength and softness…

Welcoming Yoga Teacher and Professional Dancer Eryck Brahmania (ex Ballet Rambert), Emma and Eryck have combined their backgrounds as Dance Artists to perform a short dance duet and then lead students through a Dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga Workshop inspired by the union of Shiva and Shakti whilst incorporating Dance movements into the Krama (yoga sequencing) of the Workshop.
